1) What is Online Shopping.
Customer can place an order online using the website. SaiNath’s Grocery will either deliver your order at your address or you have to pick up from store. There is no walk in.


2) Is Delivery Free?
Delivery charge depends upon the location and order amount. Delivery charge will be shown in your cart before placing an order. Pick up is always Free. 


3) What is the delivery time?
Most of the Delivery will be made same day or next business day. You will receive an email from us once order leaves the facility. Our delivery time starts from 3 PM everyday. You can select the time window as per your availability. Delivery may come anytime between this time window. 

If your order contains any fresh vegetables or fruit, delivery will be next day.


4) Do I need to stay home to receive shipment?
Yes, we expect you to receive the shipment and confirm the order is, as per the expectation. If it’s not possible, please leave us a note to drop the parcel at your doorstep. You can add comment while placing an order. We assume that you understand the risk for frozen and or dairy product contamination if kept at room temperature.


5) Is it possible to drop the parcel at security desk in case no one is available to pick?
Yes, please leave us the note and will hand over the parcel at security desk. Security personal will confirm your order is as per the expectation. We assume that you understand the risk for frozen and or dairy product contamination if kept at room temperature.


6) Do you always deliver groceries to the door?
We may not always be able to door deliver, due to access issues and parking restrictions. In such case our driver personal will call you or message while delivering in lobby of the apartments or to collect from parking spot. 


7) What is the time to place an order?
Customer can place an order any time. Any order placed after 10 AM will be considered next day. If your order contains any fresh vegetables or fruit, delivery will be next day.


8) How to return the product?
We make sure that product is in good condition before we deliver. Unless the product is faulty upon opening return will not be accepted. Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Frozen and Dairy products can not be returned. Due to COVID-19, currently we are not accepting any returns of any items for safety. 


9) Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can place a request to cancel the order. If order has not left the facility, we will cancel the order and refund the money.


10) Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order before order leaves the facility. Here we do not guarantee to deliver within promised time.

11) What if I need to rush out and unable to receive the shipment?
If order has left the facility and nobody is present to accept the order at location, please contact us immediately. If possible, we will reschedule the delivery with extra delivery charge. In the case, no contact has made from you to us, delivery personal will leave the shipment at doorstep. We assume that you understand the risk for frozen and or dairy product contamination if kept at
room temperature. We will not be responsible for any kind of missing or damage to product.


12) What if the received product is incorrect or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and inform delivery personal immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


13) What if you are unable to place an order online.
Please send us an email to sainathsgrocery@yahoo.com. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.


14) How do I get informed for my Pick-up order, especially if there is delay?
For any reason if delivery gets delayed than schedule, we will send text message notification to inform about the new delivery time.


15) Do I need to create an account to use www.sainathsgrocery.com?
You do not need an account to browse the products or build your shopping cart or to place an order. But we recommend to create an account so that you receive the upcoming deals or new product details.


16) What if an item I ordered is not available?
It happens rare. System will show the product is out of stock before placing an order. If Product goes out of stock after the order is placed, we will contact you for an alternate product or refund.
